Easiest, most communicative dealership I've ever been involved with. I was looking for a very specific car, saw it on car gurus, sunday morning. I sent a message, immediately responded (I thought was very unusual on a Sunday), drove up to see the car and took it home Tuesday! Very friendly, personable dealership. I would 100% buy another vehicle here.

The car is still listed on the website because the customer that was financing it with us was not able to take delivery of the vehicle until her insurance paid off her previous vehicle that was in an accident.She did not end up getting that resolved after a couple weeks so we did put the car back on the lot for sale now - Please contact me at 978 815-6520 if you are still interested. -Joe Caggiano

Very nice and helpful

Great dealer. We did not like the car but asked them to find us a different one. Hopefully they will.

I found good cars in my price range but the prices were typical for well equipped models. All the vehicles on the lot were un-optioned base models. The showroom and lot were organized and clean but with an artificial "big dealer" feeling to the lot and showroom, and the sales people seemed like they were reading from a book.

They told me to come and see the car which was sold the day before and I had to drive 65 minutes

I highly recommend modern auto and have already recommended a few people here! Couldn’t be happier with my new Cadillac and will certainly be back for my next one!

Individual was knowledgeable about the vehicle. Vehicle is priced high above what the market should bare for this vehicle.

I was told at the dealership that the person put the price incorrectly on the Internet and the price they showed me was much higher,this is after I test drove the vehicle and had full intentions on purchasing the car

Sorry for any confusion, CarGurus is a 3rd party ad site. The pricing is listed is after all applicable discounts. We are not a no haggle store - we accept all reasonable offers. Those discounts are offered to qualified buyers( A qualified buyer would have good credit or be paying cash ) We deal with people of all credit types, and sometimes have use the discount allowance to help people with credit problems get bank financing.

Price on website is deceiving. Read the fine-print, it says that the advertised price assumes a $2000 deposit. Also, the price was $12586 before the New Year. After Jan 1., they raised the price to $14586. Pushy sales tactics saying price doesn't matter. They try hard to get you to come to the dealership so they can try more tactics on you and waste your time.

Kevin was very responsive but I didn't buy the car because he had no flexibility in the purchase price.

Very Friendly. No pressure. Polite, professional interaction. Did not end up buying the car however the owner/salesperson was 100% understanding of my situation. I would/will definitely go to them when in market for a vehicle. Great customer service

Great! I took a test drive along with internet salesman as I wanted to see how it performed with the added weight. Great little car however not ideal for my situation.
