Mind Power and Thoughts

 

Your thoughts are a direct link to your subconscious mind.

You are applying your mind power everyday based on the thoughts and beliefs you hold.

Beliefs are picked up by the subconscious mind as instructions and this is the real power behind beliefs.

A thought repeated regularly eventually becomes something you believe, but only when it is supported by similar beliefs and actions.

Your subconscious mind then responds to these strongly held beliefs and begins attracting the people, situations and opportunities to help you succeed.

Mind power is really about directing your subconscious mind. The best way to conscoiusly direct this power of the subconscious mind is to focus on what you want and not on what you don't want.

By focusing on what you want you direct your subconscious mind to help you attract that which you want. You actively begin applying your mind power to create what you want.

If you constantly think about what you don't want then you're directing the power of your subconscious mind to create more of what you don't want. Unfortunately, this is what most people do, without knowing it.

So think of every thought you have as an instruction to your subconscious mind. When you do that you start to understand the power of your thoughts and how you are constantly directing or instructing your subonscious mind.

Everyday track your thoughts and remove or replace the negative thoughts with postive thoughts. You should aim to empower yourself and create new, positive beliefs that allow you to succeed.

Remember, your subconscious mind will respond to your strongly held beliefs, so make sure your beliefs are in line with what you want to achieve.
