Understanding the Subconscious

The subconscious mind controls our lives. It creates everything in our lives and allows us to function without having to think of every little detail.

You do things a certain way because these habits that you have are planted on your subconscious mind. You don't have to think about it - you just do them automatically.

When it comes to creating your life your subconscious mind follows your thoughts, beliefs, attitudes, perceptions and words. What you believe and regularly think is what your subconscious creates.

This is the power of the subconscious mind.

To work with this power correctly you need to have your thoughts, beliefs, attitudes, perceptions and words in line with what you want.

For example: if you want to be wealthy then you can't think and believe that it's difficult to make money. Such a beliefs and thoughts prevent you from making money. Your subconscious follows those thoughts and beliefs and guides you to situations that will make it difficult for you to make money.

Instead of thinking and believing that it's difficult to make money, you should have beliefs and thoughts that say it's easy to make money or that you know how to make money.

If you're not enjoying the life you want, if you're not getting what you want then you need to analyze your thoughts and beliefs about what you want.

Once you know what your real thoughts and beliefs are you can change them and begin directing your subconscious mind power to create exactly what you want.

Now you're not going to see changes instantly.

I know you would like that but that's not the way it works.

Instead, you have to give your subconscious mind time to absorb the new thoughts and beliefs. You also have to trust your subconscious mind and believe that it will do as you say.

This is the hard part for most people, you want changes but you don't trust your subconscious mind.

To develop that trust I suggest you start with making some small changes, and work on some small things so that you develop that trust.

But the first step is to know what you want, track your thoughts and beliefs about what you want and start changing them.

Then continually change or eliminate the negative thoughts about achieving your goals.

Your thoughts become beliefs, and beliefs are planted on the subconscious mind. That's why you want to change those negative thoughts because each negative thought is tied to some type of negative belief.

Once you change or eliminate the negative thoughts about your goal you'll begin to create new beliefs. Once those beliefs take hold and are on the subconscious mind, they'll replace the old negative beliefs and you'll start to see some dramatic changes.

Your mind power is always at work and you want to first take control of the thoughts in your mind because they have real power over your life. So start tracking and changing them today.
